The advice of our family IT expert, our grandson, I use Google Documents to store stuff like this.
He said that Google has huge cloud memories to hold this stuff. He said that using Google documents saves space on your hard drive (don’t have one with our Chrome books). Then storing Google documents on Googles cloud speeds up recall, adding to the documents and eventually printing them.
