So you believe that we should militarily attack anyone who is bad? But we should not attack the bad people who actually supplied the ideology and 15/19 hijackers on 9/11? Gotcha.

There is no Constitutional justification for much of what the Feds do. Giving them a pass on war gives them the presumed moral authority to do stuff like destroy our currency (see Federal Reserve), claim title to huge swaths of Western land, and jail non-criminals for paperwork violations of various kinds

Cant read understand why the founders put in the reference to the “Law of Nations” in the constitution can you?

I see. Lets only take those portions of what the founders put forth in the constitution that fits only our/your views.

Got it.

Where does it say that we are to be the enforcer of the Law of Nations? Where does the Constitution say that we can go to war without a declaration of war?

Can someone else enforce the law of Nations on us for exceptionally allowing the exceptional murder of 55 million+ unborn? For Constitutional violations of the God-given rights of our own citizens?

And if we are the enforcer, why haven’t we punished Saudi for their funding of radical Islam and Wahabbism?

At least when I'm asked by my children or grandchildren "What did you do in the Vietnam War?" I won't have to tell them "I shoveled shit in Louisiana."

"I am an American fighting man. I serve in the forces guarding our country and our way of life.
I am prepared to give my life in their defense."

pretending they were "conscientious objectors" or carrying the enemy's flag.

I knew of at least 3 active duty Air Force dudes, who were cheering for the North Vietnamese to win. I think they were communists, or at least communist sympathizers. One had been a member of the SDS, which I was not familiar with at that time. I just thought he sounded like a big time leftist.

Because the Law Of Nations by Vattel was one of thee most foremost references the founders used in the constitution.

And I never said that the Saudis were not as guilty as the rest. If you go back and review my comments on this debate, you will see that I said that basically ISLAM IS A CULT. And they are ALL culpable in not only 911, but all attacks against those who are infidels in their deranged eyes.

Vattel goes into detail of natural (Gods) law in his writings. He basically says that if a entity becomes so abusive in its existence, that is nearly a requirement for nations to eliminate that entity from doing what it is doing. IE Hitler as well as others.

And yes, if this world was not so screwed up at it is, we could be, and should be, or at least our government, should be held responsible for the MURDER of those who's lives were cut short by abortion.

Article one sec 8 reveals that the congress allows for the PUNISHMENT of those violating the Law of Nations LAW OF NATION, not LAWS OF NATIONS. But, because we now have a little thing that allows the administrations to go into conflict WITHOUT a declaration of war-which in itself is unconstitutional, we have this ongoing problem of endless conflicts.

Those like the bastard McCain love that war powers act, because it allows them to go on the take from their buddies in the war industry. And those like that SON OF A BITCH will never allow our military leaders to go and fight a war to win.

Gimme two armies and a free hand and I would win that war in a year. And if you think the march to the sea was bad? You wouldnt have seen what hell is like till after I got done with them over there.
