Just saw your comment. I agree!! Entitlements and forced charity are completely different.
I think we need to clarify the meaning of “entitlements”. I am entitled to my Social Security that I paid into FICA. I am entitled to medicare that I paid into through my payroll taxes. My money, I am entitled. It is not a tax, as no government employees pay it.
