I don’t disagree. But once it’s satire, who knows which minutia is real and which is not. And is anyone trying to trick us into thinking it’s true so we propagate BS?

I'm rather adept at same - I think a lot of us were just having fun with the satire because it depicted how the other side acts/would act if the Repubs had played similar games while choosing their "leadership".
