That guy is an absolute idiot? He isn’t sure if it is legal? A few minutes spent on google and he can find the laws that do give the president power to ban immigration - even for targeting a religious group. (And by the way, since when is islam a race? That just shows their ignorance when they call him “racist for banning muslims”)
