And who was chairman of the House Oversight Committee investigating this?
JASON CHAFFETZ
And...nothing came of how many hours of playing footsie for the camera, Chaffetz building his career preening for the camera?
Today it all becomes clear why the Committee spend a TON of our money, and "failed."
It all came full circle today. An inside job on the part of Congress, too.

Sorry, we heard about he rock hard integrity of FBI Director Comey, that he would never go along with a coverup, etc. We heard of the mass resignations of FBI agents if they had a sham investigation. I don’t know of a single resignation, do you?? And it looks like Comey can go back to a fat multimillion dollar job at Goldman, Sachs after the election. So much for phony “integrity”.

Maybe some of these disgruntled agents can out Hillary before the election.30 days away and NONE, as in ZERO, NO ONE, NADA has stepped forward to uphold their oath to the US Constitution. Not that they're alone in choosing silence and inertia over the worthy sacrifice of helping save their nation from irreversible tyranny.

Their careers are worth more than the country
Their agency is worth more than their country
This is a big nothing, there is no honor in government anymore

When they revolt publically, they willbe heroes.
Until then, they are slime.

You’re right; they serve Caesar, and gladly cash his paychecks. “Public servants” (including public employees) serve themselves alone.

No resignations yet, they are complicit. Easy to say if it isn't your family that might go hungry - harder to do in practice unless one is already wealthy enough to not need a job.

FBI agents could easily find other employment.
Honest ones, anyway.

FBI agents could easily find other employment. Honest ones, anyway.Perhaps - but in today's economy, one would be foolish to bank on their family's future by quitting a job w/o having something else already lined up.
