“Do you want unwise to be illegal?”
I call them like a see them - OMG clubs are criminal organizations that deal drugs and peddle flesh.
“Do unwise choices merit forfeit of due process and constitutional rights?”
No, absolutely not. However, let’s just be honest. Is it rape if a scantily clad girl gets very drunk and goes to a guys apartment after having her hands all over him? Yes, it could be if she clearly said no, but at some point all of us (whether we admit it or not) no longer see it as the black and white issue that this biker brawl has been made out to be.
Much of what I have read on here has seemingly suggested that the cops (not the OMG clubs) are a criminal organization and there is a big conspiracy on the part of law enforcement to fire on a crowd of innocent restaurant patrons. I don’t buy that based on the eyewitness accounts even if I do have some concerns that due process has been violated.

Should that be a keyword?

Wonderful. ( ? )
It takes 13 paragraphs to report a totally unsubstantiated rumor?
This is typical anti-government BS.
The legal issues here have been long settled. Please reread earlier posts regarding those legal issues and Texas law regarding people acting in consort to achieve a criminal end.
Give it time, Son. Give it time.

It's likely a minor massacre. Do most care about the 1%? Only if they are being prosecuted for their transgressions against society.
The gov't should spend its time controlling the border for drugs and peeps.
It's very likely this is a fast & furious like op.

It took him 13 paragraphs to “report” a totally unsubstantiated rumor, in a matter where he has obviously not read Texas law dealing with such gangs.
Some people should not be allowed internet access!

For those who need to get up to speed on that. Same identical affidavit with only then names changed x 177. --
Thanks. I assume the readers are "up to speed," but realize that is not a good assumption.
The only charge that can possibly stick on the affidavit is conspiracy. Courts have ruled that the affidavit makes no particular allegation of perpetrating assault, murder, or any other crime of violence. The facts in the affidavit are basically:
- on scene, or on the way to the scene
- wearing clothing that indicates membership in Cossacks, Bandidos, or a club that supports Bandidos or Cossacks (in the alternative to clothing, an accused can admit membership in one of the indicated clubs)
- the fact that gunfire erupted and people were killed
- the fact that weapons were present at the scene
According to Texas courts, that adds up to probable cause that the accused conspired to commit murder, capital murder, or aggravated assault.

The second reason to note the ongoing coverup is the apparent disappearance of what just a few years ago was being called the investigative impulse in American journalism. It died in the Clinton Administration and the grave was covered in salt and lit on fire during the Obama Administration.

Were their unsavory mixed bag of outlaw types there, I'm sure, but some were innocent other the their choice of company they were joined with, could we add more description absolutely etc etc. THE amount of People that are okay with the way this went down is very disturbing, and when they come for them they are going to be shocked nobody will be there to cover their backs. I said in a post back in May that most of these people there I would want in a foxhole with me if stuff goes down, and cannot say that about posters here that have been okay with this scenario. They came for the bikers..... but I wasn't a biker, neither I'm I , but stupid I'm not. This is a BIG deal.

The Aging Rebel stands by its coverage of the Waco Twin Peaks Massacre and will continue to pursue the story. The Aging Rebel stands by its coverage of ongoing rumormongering regarding the Waco Twin Peaks Massacre shooting by a bunch of druggie bikers and will continue to pursue the story demonstrate his lack of knowledge of the facts and Texas law, and will also continue to use his rumormongering to solicit donation for his nutzo site.
