The fact remains that of all the motorcycle clubs present at Waco on May 17, only one club had any history of criminality, the Bandidos, and it was considered second tier in terms of badness, according to LEO.

ALL of the rest, if you do your research, you will discover had zip, zero, nada, zilch, except for one Cossack who got in trouble for helping a private citizen patrol the border, record anywhere; these clubs were totally off the radar until May 18. Yet for some reason you think they were all criminals.
