It may be the case that as many as 25% of the illegals will be determined to undesirable aliens who require deportation.

My point was, even if we unilaterally grant full and complete amnesty to good, law abiding and productive illegals who we deem to be contributing members to our society, there will be a 5-10 of the illegal population that qualifies as criminal or otherwise undesirable and who need to be deported for the good of the country.

So we are going to have to have a mechanism to deport the between one to five million illegal aliens in this country who are criminals, drug dealers, gang members, cartel members, coyotes, chronic drunk drivers, drug addicts, rapist, wife beaters, thieves, car jackers, pedophiles, kidnappers, killers , identity thieves, welfare fraud perpetrators, or those who have chronic infectious diseases or those who are la Raza types fomenting revolution, violence , anti Americanism, anti assimilation and the return of the American Southwest to Mexican sovereignty In fact, the only workable amnesty deal would have to include the mass deportation of the massive population of criminals and undesirables that Mexico and South an Central America have intentionally pushed off on our country

Though I support deportation of illegals etc. This simply isn’t going to happen for the millions here....especially since the border will only be secured for streamlining the commodity of workers to the US ...and those yet living in Mexico such as farm workers etc.

Additionally the time will come where Canada, US and Mexico will be seen without borders as one trading block...that will mean the free flow of workers.

Are they afraid someone will actually enforce the laws we presently have on the books and not simply whine about passing new ones? A contractor with a truck full of illegals can lawfully on the spot have his truck and tools impounded. A company hiring illegals without using e-verify can be fined for each illegal employee. A court system that allows immediate return to where the heck you came from while your appeal is considered works well too. When the jobs dry up and the border is really a border agin they will return home.
