SEVEN YEARS AGO
Illegal immigrants leaving AZ, Oklahoma; going to Texas
Feb. 3, 2008

HOUSTON - Illegal immigrants are coming into Texas, but not from where one might think.

The rush is coming from Arizona, Oklahoma and other states - places that have recently passed tough new anti-illegal immigrant laws.

The two toughest measures are in Arizona and Oklahoma...

Actually, Donald's “fantasy” of massive deportations of illegal aliens is inevitable or should be.

About 5-10% of illegals in the United States are undesirables and criminals who deserve to be deported.

That makes between 1.5 - 5 million undeniable or criminal aliens who would need to be deported even if we granted illegals amnesty tomorrow

Let us understand what it is that we are supporting in Trump's immigration paper and what we are not supporting because it is not there:

1. No mass deportations.

2. No likelihood of eliminating social welfare.

3. No likelihood of ending birthright citizenship.

4. No assurance of ubiquitous enforcement of e verify with penalties.

I suspect most people believe that all four of these things will occur with Trump's election just as surely as the sun will rise. There is nothing wrong with holding Trump's feet to the fire. Make him be true on immigration, let him defend his position just as he insists others do. Above all, let's have his supporters understand what they are supporting and what they are not likely to get.

Now we are in the worst of all possible situations, we must defend as conservatives the party's putative leader against charges of mass deportation when there is no commitment to mass deportation in the paper. Note, Krauthammer cites Trump's statements but not his paper in this context.

“I, for one, have been advocating that in this space since 2006.”

What percentage of Charles Krauthammer’s writings since 2006 have had building a wall on the Mexican border as the theme, or even mentioned it? He may have said this a few times, but has hardly been advocating it strenuously.

It’s amazing though how all of these RINOs and neocons are coming out as hardliners on the border all of a sudden.

This whole thing is getting surreal.

First, you have the meathead, blowhard O’Reilly, who for years has scorned politicians from both sides for doing nothing about immigration, then you have Trump, presenting a rather middle of the road policy paper, penned no less, by Senator Sessions.

And what happens? BOR trashes it and the messenger.

Now, secondly, you have Krauthammer doing the same thing.

I personally don’t give a flying anymore. Trump resonates with what I believe.

“A nation with no borders, is not a nation.”
“A nation with no laws, is not a nation.”
“A nation that does not protect its own, is not a nation.”

Fox news is going after Trump... no one else. THey are trying to cut him down to size. IF he’s smart he would stay the heck away from them for a long long while.

The meathead and utterly stupid, Bill O’REilly.

No doubt in my mind, O’Reilly used a ghost writer for his books. The man is too stupid to come up with this himself.

The so called “conservative” eunuchs have supported the status quo for decades now. Yet, they wonder why the common sense, law abiding legal immigrant and citizen are mad as hell and sick of their pretentious blathering. They along with the politicians have proved disastrous for this country. So, to be pithy, we don't give a damn what you selfgrandizing jerks think or say. You have proved yourself useless.

Poor Charles K.

80% disabled — from the shoulders up.

Someone with his disability deserves our sympathy, if not our mindshare.

Admit it. You’re enjoying this way too much.

I know I am. ;-)

Sorry, Charlie!
You may well disagree and dislike Trump’s proposal.
That’s fully understandable.
But it is NOT politically unpopular (within or without the R party).

Charles Krauthammer fell to earth in a matter of only a few months. He, and George Will, are totally inconsequential now that they have exposed themselves so completely.

...”Is he delusional? Is he that out of touch with what republican voters think?”...

Donald Trump is the most “in touch” candidate out there and the response to him proves that. People who are NOT in the 1% (who want to hire and exploit cheap labor) want mass deportations because they feel the effects of the jobs lost from Americans, they see the effects in their public schools, they see the effects in the crimes being committed, they see taxes going up to support the masses coming in and getting welfare, food stamps, healthcare, etc. They see new infections and viruses plus a resurgence in whooping cough and childhood illnesses threatening our population. As Trump says over and over. If you have open borders, you do not have a country. No truer words were ever spoken. We will see whether the political class, which is all about feathering it’s own nest, without any insight into the long-term effect on America, will maintain their position as masters of the classes beneath them. Take the wealth and power out of Washington D.C. and give it back to the states where it belongs. At this point, I could not be more firmly in support of Donald Trump, I don’t care how much FOXNEWS joins the liberals in bashing him. The day he introduces his wife and those fabulous kids of his to the American public is the day he will really dominate. He is a phenomenon. That cannot be denied, I don’t care how many headlines from the New York Times declare otherwise.

Charles is really miffed that whatever he says about Trump is wrong, his learned advice is ignored, and he is really being laughed at because he and georgewill refuse to accept reality.

It's not like that

You don't have to "round them all up." You round up some, methodically and persistently. You make e-verify mandatory. You fine employers and jail them for second offenses or for having more than x number of illegal employees. You jail a few employers of illegal lawn services and nannies and housemaids in an even pattern around the country. The flow will reverse and you leave the border open to the outflow. Congress "repeals" the non Constitutionally based anchor baby phenomenon. If the Mexicans try to block or repel the reflux then the military must counter that.

You start a well publicized campaign of picking up visa overstays, a few in representative communities around the country making it well known that anyone caught and deported who is here illegally will be denied entry and citizenship possibilities for life.

Democrats want the border open in part in order to import the crime and gangs in order to afflict the middle class which is the enemy that the Left most needs to defeat and eradicate. In a Leftist Utopia there is only room for two classes, the rulers who own all the property and all the labor of the ruled class and that ruled class of laborers who will work at the direction of the ruling class.

The middle class, speaking in the American sense of it being purely an expression of income levels, has enough resources to have leisure time and to become educated. That class is therefore dangerous to the rulers. It and the military are always hated and feared by the Left in power or out. They strive to eliminate the middle class and to bind and hogtie the military and guard it with redundant military and quasi military organizations.

Simple plan that will result in mass self deportation.

1) no government benefits for illegal aliens, food stamps, Medicaid, section 8 housings NOTHING.

2) strict enforcement of e verify, heavy fines for rule breakers

3) border fence build it.

4) free transportation for any illegal alien who wishes a one way ticket from whence they came.

5) All illegals who commit a crime are held in jail with an expo dated deportation process, they families are deported with them.

6) Cut off fed funds to Sancutary cities.
