We were ‘bringing democracy to Iraq’ whatever the hell that meant, so we took out Saddam so that the Kurds, Christians and Jews could suffer along with the Iraqi people.
Donald Rumsfeld recently stated that if bringing democracy to Iraqi was a goal, then it was a wrong-headed one.
