he issuer of the ticket should have the right to forbid the scalping. why...once you sell me the ticket, it is mine....I can give it away, tear it up, put it in my pocket and forget it forever, or SELL it....the results are the same for the issuer....either someone is in the seat, or not...whatever,they have their admission money.

Not nonsense. TOTAL nonsense...answer the question, if you offer him the same amount that he contracted to do the concert for, will he or will he not entertain your friends in your living room..... the correct answer is YES...he is a business man and money is the name of the game.
