I really believe what 2 Thessalonians says, that it is only after Jesus has taken us to be with Him will anyone know who this “man of perdition” is (2 Thess 2:7).
However, in the meantime God can give us an understanding, of course, of the times we are living in and insight from his Word into things like this guy’s origins along with the general rise of Islam and its Satanic roots and purposes.
