It doesn't matter the topic. Liberals are always off a thousand fold.
There is NOTHING funny about Universal Suffrage.
The story is juicier than that. In 1992, Mattel came out with a talking Barbie doll. She said almost 300 phrases such “I love shopping!” and Let’s have a pizza party” and “Math class is tough!” On that one, women libbers went completely nuts, or should we say, more nuts than normal.
Mattel caved and offered buyers a replacement Barbie who thought math was fun. Smart shoppers, almost no one turned in their old Barbie for the sterilized version. Those Barbies are now big collector’s items and sell for over $1,000. Mattel made 100,000 of them before they were pulled.
Last I heard, Walkerton Police did an investigation of the threats by the lesbian HS golf coach and turned it over to the local prosecutor.
Be interesting to see if political correctness rules the day, or the Rule of Law.
He gets to choose his own truth. Everything is awesome!
I never knew a plastic kewpie doll could be so valuable. Some do collect them the way others collect stamps. I don’t know if there are many stamp collectors anymore.
Well... technically, and ‘legally’, it was truthfully “almost” 29,000.
Just not “almost exactly’ the total claimed. Over 1,000 times that to achieve the figure claimed, but any sum over 0.00 is “close” to whatever your defined positive amount is. It won’t be THE amount until the lower number equals the higher, but it is still ‘somewhere in the neighborhood of’ the claimed amount. Not a ‘close’ or even ‘nearby’ neighborhood, but it could be. *snicker*
You just have to think like mrs bill and BJ Clintoon. :)
Lee, one could practically off the mortgage with the 1959 Barbie in original box. That was the first Barbie. The “Math class is tough” Barbie is one of the most sought after dolls. Some time ago, I dated a doll collector. She had dolls collected from all over the world, some of them very old, but her favorite was Barbie. The problem was she herself wasn’t much of a doll. lol
Yet you played with her “toys”? I understand completely.
Re: “I dont know if there are many stamp collectors anymore.”
I don’t either, but there doesn’t seem to be as much interest in stamp collecting as there used to be. That and collecting baseball cards used to be something of a rite of passage back in the day. I think the internet changed a lot of things.
Definitely a typical woman. They have no idea how to save money. It is always spend, spend, and spend. I have never met a woman who didn’t like spending money.
LOL
Every time I see crap like this text or post or whatever it is, I think that movie “Idiocracy” is more of a documentary than a stupid movie.
Thanks. Never knew of that one. That looks like a great collectible. Did ayone ever drink Billy Beer? lol Was it any good? The few I knew who bought a six-pack of Billy Beer never opened it in order to enhance collector value.
