The very first thing they need to do is pass legislation defunding obozocare.
Have the House write the legislation since all taxes must start there and fast track it through the Senate.

I think the Republican members of the Senate should send Obama an open letter that if he attempts amnesty through Executive Order that they will support impeachment.Waste of time IIRC they would need 13 Demoncrats to get enough votes. He will call their bluff.

I’m waiting for someone in Congress to tell Obama, “We won, you lost. Get over it.”

I don't think Obama would want to go through the impeachment process. And he wouldn't want to risk that there are 13 democrats willing to sell him down the river. With Republican control of the Senate, an impeachment trial wouldn't be a no starter like it would have been under a rat controlled Senate. There would be a full trial with plenty of disclosures of wrong doing, and there would be a vote.
That makes it not a bluff. That puts Obama on notice that using an Executive order to override existing laws with regard to impeachment will trigger an impeachment. And that warning also informs the world, that if Obama crosses that "red line", it will be cause for impeachment.

They are so terrified of being labeled "racist" by the liberal media that they are literally inert. The only way it works and is not a bluff is isd everyone of them is not afraid to stand up and be counted. Damn few are willing to say "I am Spartacus"
