As an owner of a domain you can redirect your website to anywhere you want. You dont even need the approval of the webowners that you are forwarding your domain to.

The owner of the website is listed below . I asked him what his intentions are by fowarding his domain to the NSA website.

Personally I dont think its a big deal. I dont see a “grand conspiracy “ .
