They are right. The vaccination production and a possible cure for Ebola would have been done if the disease were attacking Europeans or Americans. Since it is/was in Africa, the African nations should have been directing efforts toward research in Ebola but were too busy building palaces and embezzling the money from the taxes to spend it on medical research.
Wouldn’t it be nice if Africans contributed more to cures and less to diseases.
