Middle Eastern countries need to be entirely deprived of outside income. That income is what funds Jihad, no matter how it is derived.The Moslems who sell the oil and to whom we give great amounts of free money are MOSLEMS. ALL money above what is necessary to maintain a tiny, maybe .5%, in opulence goes to Jihad. It is and was always thus. That is the core of Mohammedan belief. Jihad is not extremism within Islam. Jihad IS basic to Islam. It’s in the Book. In previous eras Jihad was financed by piracy and conquest. Since WWII it has been finance willingly by Western Welfare and oil money. Islamic societies cannot produce any surplus for Jihad or anything else because of the nature of the system. All the resources for the endless war against everyone else comes from outside, from us.
