It seems that white liberals have this complete misconception that blacks in USA have a low self esteem and they will do everything they can to help make it better.
My observation, is that their self esteems are THROUGH THE ROOF!
An example is, Rush Limbaugh was talking about how NFL players were saying there weren’t going to listen to any white ref tell them what they can say or not say on the field.
Can you imagine a white guy saying he’s not going to listen to what a black ref is going to tell them what they can say or not say on the field?
I can only envision this in the 1930’s or earlier when many whites did indeed have the superiority identity compared to blacks.

No mistake. They didn’t expect to get caught. The anger and hatred toward their worst enemy is just too much. These people are sick in the head.
I would have gone anyway. When asked, I would have said that my ancestry includes people of color.
[until the government gives us a clear definition of “White” “Black” “person of color” and all the other racist separatist tags, it’s whatever you want it to be.]

How many unemployable people have jobs as “diversity” managers?

My question is why public tax dollars are being spent on a community college Diversity and Equity Center, and used to pay the salary of a professional academic racist like Karama Blackhorn. Our “educational” system is being used to turn America into a Balkanized mess instead of the unified country it used to be.

FTA:
She said it could have been worded differently, but she maintains the staff members of color would have a more honest discussion about race without white employees. She made it clear the mistake was not in dis-inviting Whitey, but in using the language she did. Apparently when the subject of digging holes came up in class (rule 1, stop digging!), she was out to recess. I am sure she'll reschedule, but next time she will have the discretion of not allowing any invites to fall into the hands of any Whiteys.

If you want to create space for white folks to meet and work on racism, white supremacy, and white privilege to better our campus community and yourselves, please feel free to do just that. Try to imagine the media firestorm if anyone ever did.

"It was obviously a mistake,"
A mistake is when you're not paying attention to what you're doing and you bump into someone. Sending out an email promoting racial segregation is not a mistake.

The email read: "If you want to create space for white folks to meet and work on racism, white supremacy, and white privilege to better our campus community and yourselves, please feel free to do just that." Advert in the student newspaper:
There will be a meeting in the student union room 321 for white students to work on racism, white supremacy, and white privilege to better our campus community and ourselves.
(There doesn't have to be a meeting; just run the advert and enjoy the howling.
