just as o house in Chicago is listed in a lawyers name with Tony Rezko and wife involved in the purchase, there are both legit and shadowy reasons to use factitious names. RE is a prime tool in money laudering. Trusts or straw buyers hide the true owner and cut back on taxes etc
When a RE transaction of that magnetude is alledged it must be investigated to prove or disprove the hoax. It’s like the items we found for sale with the 0 logo superimposed on the cults. All ends need to be followed

If you continue to follow links you can find some interesting materials that may be relevant Ken OLsen ( not the created of the laws hook award and merchandise but the CEO of DEC left his home in MASS to come to Indy to die here in Hospice. So I followed links to Indy cult and discovered a few names and a few more who died in hospice. Couldn’t figure out why Olsen would move to Indy to die. Didn’t seem to be relatives here

What evidence do you have that there was a real estate deal in Florida by or on behalf of Fuddy? I haven't seen any credible evidence. If you have some please direct me to it.

Absent that evidence it is pointless to say that 1) there was a bogus real estate deal 2) setup by someone who "knew a great deal about Fuddy" and that 3) tracing this person may give us more which 4) goes back to the special project in Fuddys trust cult fund and 5) was it money laudering. or 6) used to BUY A HOUSE.
