Thank You, Moose! ... {{HUGS}} my Friend ... For Great Britain and U.S. ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8xk1P1913y0
Wouldn’t “woodenhead” mean something like Bill, “How has he survived this long?” DP calls that “Nimrod,” quoting Don Johnson as “Nash Bridges.”
Hi ‘Face,
“On form”
performing precisely to type, or to personal traits.
“Has form”
This is mainly a ‘rap sheet’ /criminal record.
It can also mean ‘to have class in your actions’. (rare)
Spring, we haven’t had winter yet.
The Spring flowers are coming out, so guess Winter has given up and headed South. :)
You?
Missed “Woodentop”.
Copper, plod, filth, fuzz, rozzers, Police.
It is a specific reference to the tall helmets.

Korean Beef Song
(was this sponsored by a Korean Beef Council or something??)
That dude is twiiisted.
Woodenhead is Egit.
Woodentop is Copper....but perhaps I repeat myself. :D
Thanks, boss.
Presently it's 37 with a cracking north wind "gusting to 32 mph" and continuing rain. Other things being equal, I will load up the troops to go to church at 5:30 and return by 8:30. If the roads start icing up before that, someone in authority should clear the church.
Nothing more to say Boss!
Do Brits ever call the police “pigs,” or is that an Americanism?
You should stay off the roads. We might be okay until COB here, but you’ll get the Weathers earlier and worse.
I’m done working in my driveway, at least as much as I’m willing to do.
For the rest of it, I plan to use fusion power.
I hope your generator turns on tomorrow for you.
Never been better!!! Keeps me in this daydream! None understand and that is okay .... Everybody Scream!!!
Um, it is muttered behind closed doors.
They can arrest you for saying it, poor dears have thin hides.
Normally you can ‘smell bacon’. Then run.
I’d often like to scream, but I’d wake Frank and Kathleen up.
Looks like tomorrow will be okay here, or so the weatherguessers think. I really don’t want to reschedule the class I’m supposed to teach tomorrow night!
AH. Thanks, Moosie. And “woodenhead” or “woodentop?” It seems to be referring to higher echelon police officers.
The writing is often clipped when it comes to conversation, and though I am able to wade through it, I’m sure there is a lot I have missed.
We mostly have summer and Christmas. The trees are almost in full leaf, now, and I see where some nests have been added to since the last time I looked.
It’s clabbering up to the north, but I don’t know if we will get anything from it. Just the aches that come with age.
LOL!
I’m polite about the police, myself. We have several in my neighborhood: a county Deputy Sheriff and officers from three different town police forces. Having their cars parked around helps deter theft.
These titles are more of form than of substance, as neither of us gets paid for our efforts.
Of course, if some errant moon looms up in the windscreen, I know it's going to be brought to my attention, pay or no pay.
Ah. So. I was wrong in my assessment. Thanks for clarifying! “Plod” was also used, and that had me baffled. Copper, I knew, and fuzz, but not rozzers or filth.
Thanks again! *hug*
