The plumber lives a few blocks away and has been AWOL.
Should we offer him a ride? some beer? barbecue? He was paid a nice sum and he hasn’t shown up. I don’t know if he got that permit or not, this is messed up.
The owner of this house does half the work before the contractors even show up, they should be happy to do this.

I have been here like 2 weeks and already Mormon Missionaries show up. They were polite and I’m nice but a bit impatient at the moment. I told them I would happily take whatever literature they have, I read anything, but that “studying” with them or converting wasn’t going to happen since I am a happy Baptist (we exist!). They didn’t leave me any bathroom reading.

Don’t you know??? Oh, Silly You! Once a Baptist accepts the Gospel Of Jesus Christ from the Mormon Missionaries, they make the BEST doggone Soldiers For Christ!
The beliefs are so similar, it’s not even funny. And THIS I can promise you! Been there, done that. But you will need to see it for yourself...and who knows?...Maybe the Missionaries know people who can do all the stuff you need done for a lot less that what you have been quoted?
Feed them and find out! LOL!
