Cats really do paint.
Don't tell anyone that it was just Muffin trying to get at some animal or bird outside the window.

I looked for pics on this, but they are all on my hard drive slave at home. I scanned a bunch of pics of the late Igor, and there were quite a few pics of Rusty the Siberian husky and PV the Birman cat.
If you would be so kind as to mention this to me this time next week, I will post some pics.
Once, long ago, there were more than six vowels.
Language was rich, melodious.
But the consonants were jealous, and plotted in secret.
Rising up one day, they slaughtered the lost vowels until none could remember what they were!
And thus it was that we were left with the survivors of that day, a, e, i, o, u, and “sometimes y” as he hides in fear to this day!
Around here somewhere in the “pictures” file on one of our computers are photos of cats painting, sculpting things like horizontal blinds, and rearranging rugs into soft sculptures.
For a while there, I was cataloging their works, but it all had to be repaired, rearranged, and cleaned, and I confess that I did not get pix of them all.
I hope that you had the opportunity to get a few into the camera before you cleaned the window. Those pictures mean more to me now that Muffin has been gone for 16 years. [smiles]
Now you have me worried about y!
Looks like Mario & Luigi might have sticky fingers.... a couple of power tools are missing...

Had something similar happen with the previous apartment.
The landlords lackeys had no explanation for how they ended up with tools and items that had our name on them.
I don’t know if we have pictures of what Jake does to the French windows. I try to take pictures when the catz are holding still!
That’s a load off my mind. Y should always be safe.

*GASP* I got as far as “sleep with Darks” and nearly fainted!
But then I saw “dental drill” and sighed with relief.
However, sleeping with dental drills is not one of my pastimes.
And he wouldn’t lend it to me if I asked, I’m sure. ;-)
