In seventies, I always knew it as Catholic Social Services of Connecticut. It’s legal name at the CT SoS maybe something entirely different. I always knew it as Catholic Social Services of CT.
LOL!!! I haven't yet a heard an explanation for the Connecticut SSN from an Obama defender much more plausible than that.
Other facts that are known:
1. SAD entered the US on October 21, 1971 on an expired passport. Based on a 5 year passport it should have expired 7/19/1970. So the conclusion would be that SAD did not travel to the US at any time between July 19, 1970 and October 21, 1971. The document below indicates arrive aboard PAA flight 812.

There is no evidence that a minor or child was with her in the released FOIA records. If Obama arrived prior to October 1971 he was not likely accompanied with his legal mother.
Note: On PAA 812 as arriving flight. 3 years after the above travel a PAA flight 812 crashed - in Indonesia. But it scheduled flight was from Hong Kong to Sydney with a stop in Bali. Did PAA change the route of the flight between October 1971 and April 1974?

The answer to the above appears to be - yes they did. Here is a link to an accident involving PAA 812 in December of 1969. At that time the route for PAA was Sydney to Hawaii to LA to NY.

2. Panahou school, on their official website, appears to verify Barry was present on the first day of school in the Fall of 1971. If so, he would have already been in Hawaii, arriving earlier than SAD’s late October arrival.

3. We know that Senior arrives in Hawaii in December. Many sources note that the Dunhams funded his trip. If this is the case - why? The only reasonable conclusion is that the legal, documented father (regardless of biology) was needed for a ‘family matter’. A ‘family matter’ would seem to indicate something to do guardianship, citizenship, adoption termination, etc.

4. We know that both legal mother and father return to Indonesia and Kenya in January. SAD indicates she will be there ‘indefinitely’ since she is married to an Indonesian national. So neither like has any legal guardianship responsibilities as they are both leaving the US but leaving a legal child behind - indefinitely. Thus the question remains - who is then the legal guardian of Barry/Barack at this point? The Dunhams? There is no proof of that. Some other entity? There is no proof of that. So its a Mexican, or rather Hawaiian, standoff.
Funny how no one ever mentioned that Lolo also returned and worked in Hawaii in the seventies...would that be because if his presence in Hawaii was known, one might be tempted to ask, why wasn't the 'stepson' and 'son of Stanley Ann' living with his parents?

I call it the ‘Grand Family Reunion of 1971’. And unlike a lot of traditional family reunion I do not believe this was to hold a BBQ on the beach and catch-up.
I thought about adding the 1973 tax form but the entry was getting long. I did go looking for the Dunhams post 1971 taxes but if that is out there I have not bookmarked it. But I believe someone did indicate that Barry/Barak was not on those either.
But it is 100%+ obviously that as of January 1972 neither SAD nor BHO Senior were the legal guardians. They both left the country - INDEFINITELY. Of course, Senior was never to return and mom was still living - apparently on a permenant basis - in Indonesia. So how could they be legal guardians with those sorts of logistics. No internet, no email, no way.
Also, I saw a post the said the grand parents met Obama at the airport. Proof? None.
Alone on a Pan Am Clipper? Doubtful. Someone came with him and it was not SAD. FMD maybe? What would happen if the true biological, but not legal or documented father showed up at a POE with a foreign national child (Obama was Indonesian at that time)?
Soebarkah is also written as SUBARKAH and that name was associated with the Indonesian military. The Soebarkah/Subarkah name is prominent in Indonesian society.
Ayres might have been too clever when he wrote that zero waved his mother goodbye at the airport in Indonesia when he was sent to Hawaii...for his 'education'?
He has her promising that she would join him in 'a year tops' but she doesn't show up until Maya, who was born in August 1970, is something like two years of age...and who was it taking the photographs of the reunion? Probably not Madelyn, who would have been at work in the Bank.
Lolo is the one who would have taken the photographs - there's a Video that shows Lolo with SAD and Maya in the garden of the East West Centre where that group image was taken, he's also with them when they go on a holiday and are seen horse-riding in California, at which time as also see the chubby zero with his sister and the Golden Gate Bridge in the background.
And I think we can stop focusing on what some believe to be a black fist under zero's elbow, it's probably a soft leather pocket-book, and the photograph shows SAD and Maya arriving at the airport being met by Stanley Armour and zero - the photographer again would have been Lolo.

I have no idea when that photograph was taken, but as Lolo was in a video with Stanley Ann and Maya in the garden at the East West Centre, it’s more than likely he was with them on arrival in Hawaii, don’t you think?

So the ‘Return of Lolo’ has been downplayed very much. He comes back in 1972 and in 1974 SADS is fighting for him tooth and nail.

Well, unfortunately we know her final fate. But what about back in the 1970s. She claimed to adopted by the Soetoros in the late 1960s.

Assuming there is validity to the above then it would seem she would have been there during a summer break (assuming they had those in Indonesian schools). And if she was there for ‘3 months’ that would mean Obama had to be there for at least ‘3 months’ and that would be another strike to any thought that he come with SADS in October. He was there in Hawaii before SADS arrived in October in would appear.

But that is a problem. Lolo was back in the US as of October 1972 and fighting the INS and IRS still in 1974. He was not in Indonesia. So whose house was she in? Who was raising her?

That's just so much sand in your eyes, she didn't reunite with her son, she no longer had custody. We don't know if she left Soetoro, on the contrary, it looks as if they lived together in Honolulu and both had an income there in 1973.

Yes, it would seem so, the letter from the university of Monoa states she commenced...FALL 1972
Looking at it realistically, it seems that story about them separating was simply for our consumption, how else were they to explain that the child she supposedly had custody of, the child who had a custodial parent and a step-father, wasn't living with them both, and his 'little sister', when they were ALL IN HAWAII AT THE SAME TIME? See how the dates appear to work? She left Hawaii in 1966, zero returns in 1970, she follows in 1972, when Maya is two years of age. Just as the photographs show.
I don't see any certainty as to her date of return to Hawaii, but I do know that Lolo was on a video with SAD, and Maya walking in the garden of the East West Centre, on the same day the group photo shows Stanley Armour, SAD, zero and Maya sitting on the grass.
And they quite obviously enjoyed their holiday on the mainland together...

Right, and looked at in the light of political events in Indonesia at the time, at the strange Soebarkah/Subarkah/Soetoro/Korpassus connections, the boy who told his Hawaii classmates in 1971 that he was an Indonesian Prince and would be returning to live in Indonesia - just don't sound so strange anymore...do they?

So yeah, I can picture him as this slightly — “chubby” is too strong, but rounded, short little guy, Barry Obama. And he told us that his father was an Indonesian king and that he was a prince, and after he finished school he was going to go back, and he would be a ruler in Indonesia. And I absolutely believed him.
When I post these timelines they include dubious sources. I realize that. But they are documented sources. But totally agree ANYTHING is suspect.
In fact when the sources vary or are proven to be completely wrong it forms a datapoint in and of itself.
One of the most famous mis-documented events is the Lolo/SADS marriage. Well reported it was in 1967 in various well known sources - including Time. But we then found that to be off by two years.
Of course the well documented ‘family living together until Senior leaves’ story we know was a complete fabrication.
