That and the fact that the war was run by a bunch of kids at the top that didn’t know shit and got many American soldiers killed saving a couple of bucks by not using the recommended chrome lined barrels in our new assault rifles.

If you got in a war with China and killed 1,000,000 a day then it would take over THREE YEARS to wipe them all out. THREE YEARS at a million per day.

Saw a show on the History Channel about the Flying Tigers. Reminded me that when General Chennault took over not one person in the entire Chinese military understood military strategy. I think about that every time I see anything about a nation’s traditions.

I got to meet General Robert L. Scot who wrote “God Is My Co-Pilot” plus a bunch more books. This was in South Georgia at a historical society meeting.
He was nearing 90 but was still sharp both physically and mentally.
When the Flying Tigers came in the Chinese Air Force was in pretty bad shape, flying out dated planes. Scot thought their pilots were pretty decent tho. One saved one of the Tigers during an air battle. He did it flying an old fighter too.

We have already fought three wars in Asia. One with the Japanese throughout the Western Pacific,Number 2 in Korea,#3 Vietnam. The first War we won because we had Leadership and the will to win at all cost.
The others we attempted to Fight on the cheap with Poor leadership,Mostly Political Leadership.Though there were some Legit reasons that our politicians feared expanding the war among the other Communist powers,China and the Soviet Union.

"Hey Poundcake.. why have you excerpted your own blog?"
It's just his weekly attempt at pimping his semi-literate ramblings, which he does rather weakly.

I pulled this from the rest of the article:
3. The DHS / CIA and every other three lettered acronym department that supposedly protects our nation is caught up in the problem of the Saudi National who quite possibly related to the Boston bombing and was certified as a really bad guy was quick ushered out the country faster than you can say boo.
I need you to diagram that sentence and identify all the major components, please.

That sentence (?) could be in the running for the greatest number of modifiers and clauses joined by a single intransitive whose valency has been stretched to its conceptual limits.

Afghanistan is in Asia too. Technically, Iraq is as well.
So we are 2-0-3.

"Here I thought I was the king of the run-on sentence."
Nah!
Poundcake has you beat in several areas. He specializes in sentence fragments by starting to articulate an idea and trailing off with ......
He's also big on syntax errors and not distinguishing between homonyms such as "your" and "you're" which he did in the third "paragraph" of this post. (I use the word "paragraph" advisedly since Poundcake seems to think that a single sentence or fragment thereof is reason to begin a new one. Maybe he thinks paragraph breaks are dramatic.)
As you can see from Pan_Yan's example, he can also string together a seemingly endless jumble of unrelated words with the best of them.
Bottom line is, if you want to be King of the Verbomination around here, you're going to have to practice up!
