Also an observation I had, why would a resident alien (assuming 0 was Indonesian/posed as Indonesian )
A)submit a selective service registration?
B)submit a fake one to boot?

Like a birth certificate, Obama can obtain a certified copy of his Certificate of Naturalization, Form SS-5, Application for SSN and NUMIDENT file from SSA. Any naturalized citizen can obtain these documents held by various Federal agencies by paying a filing fee and submitting proof they are entitled to receive a certified copy of these documents.
Like a birth certificate, these documents can be obtained by Obama and shown to others. He could allow others to photograph, video tape or electronically record the documents. Or he could allow another person to examine the document, but not record or photograph the document.
You, and a few others, seem to think I haven’t seen the documents because I can’t post a photograph, pdf or video of the documents I have stated to be in existence. I have specifically withheld information on when, where and under what circumstance I obtained my direct knowledge of the documents through eye-witness examination because I could be called as a rebuttal witness in a civil suit.
A rebuttal witness can only be used to impeach a primary witness; such as, Obama or Janet Napolitano. Janet Napolitano is the custodian of all U.S. Federal Government immigration records. A rebuttal witness cannot be called to present direct evidence of Obama’s Certificate of Naturalization because the rebuttal witness is not the custodian of the records.
This information is clearly explained in the FRCP. Give it a try. I’ll help. I read the FRCP for the first time about 3 weeks ago.
SS numbers were not as widely used ih the seventies as now. In the eighties I applied for SS numbers for all three daughters.About then the requirement was added that the numbers of dependents be on tax forms. Until then they were not needed. My daughters went many years without SS numbers.

I didn’t see the original question. Here’s my answer as to why CSS of CT applied on behalf of Obama in 1977.
SSNs were not required for child in the Federal Foster Care program until 1977.
Why would a person that wasn’t naturalized (i.e. was a permanent resident alien) until 1983 register with Selective Service in 1980?
Non citizens aren’t subject to the draft!

You only read the FRCP for the first time about three weeks ago and you think you are now qualified to explain it to anybody????
I have already explained to you that you do not appear to understand hearsay evidence and the best evidence rule regarding documents including claims to have seen documents. IMO, if you are even the slightest bit sincere you need to consult an actual attorney.

A primary witness.
A trial that gets past denial and to discovery.
We to date have had NEITHER.

Social Security Act Title IV-A Subsection 402(a)(25) required SSN for children in foster care to receive benefits.
This provision was eliminated in the Social Security Act Title IV-E.

Yes. If you want to be technical. Non-citizens living in the U.S. must register with the Selective Service.
If the social security act you quoted required SSN for kids in fed foster care, and according to you 0 was in fed foster care in 1971, why doesn’t the SSN show up until 1977????
This timeline doesn’t add up.
