They're moving to protect the border, from the hordes that will be coming with Amnesty being imminent.....
Hold onto your wallets, because there's NO WAY this (Amnesty) will not cost Taxpayers tens of billions more in welfare/handouts, to ASSURE Dem's votes in 2014.

Thats not DHS thats US Marine corps equipment. Likely a deployment headed to the Yuma area for training. Theres a large contingent desert warfare area out there and they run around in circles playing war.

Can’t tell anything from that video. This is not unusual to see train flatbeds loaded with military vehicles running to and from somewhere. One YouTube’r said, that it could be a unit going to Ft. Irwin, CA to participate in desert warfare training.
