Roberts first love is history. Then I bet he's happy, cause he's history now.

What Roberts did was blatantly against the Constitution. It's important that history record him for the scoundrel that he is - your apologias notwithstanding.
Why not do the right thing and apply good old-fashioned shame and scorn to Justice Roberts?

Now its illegal to go Galt. That's OK. It was in the book, too. They even discussed applying capital punishment.

"Point Six. Every person of any age, sex, class or income, shall henceforth spend the same amount of money on the purchase of goods per year as he or she spent during the Basic Year, no more and no less.
Over or under purchasing shall be fined, such fines to be determined by the Unification Board. "
Perfect.

"What Roberts did was blatantly against the Constitution. It's important that history record him for the scoundrel that he is - your apologias notwithstanding. Those who impose it have no honor in doing so. However, it's too soon to write the history of this event as the repercussions, whatever they might be, have not fully transpired. I will admit that it someday will either be judged to be a complete travesty that helped destroy a once great nation, or an unappreciated at the time act of bravery that helped put into motion the actions that saved that same great nation. In the first instance, shame and scorn are well justified. In the second, not so. Don't be in such a hurry. Just act on that anger of yours to best effect in the next election. For both you and me, this is our assignment. We the people have been given a job to do. Let us give it our best effort.
