Police state...
Was also wondering how they got Keller’s home address in only a week... unless Kentucky is similar to Texas in regard to public record AND Keller owns property (property owners are in that database) AND there is only one Larry Keller in North Carolina.....
They were giving truth to the crucify anology - too stupid to realize it though.

hear the interview
Yet, we are supposed to believe that Obama will be powerless if he wins and we take the senate and keep the house. If that scenario plays out, this type of thing will become more common and prevelent.
From an EPA agent, I would interpret this as an attempt at intimidation: "If you run a home business that involves the creation of anything physical, expect an EPA raid".
Mr. Keller needs to get on TV with his story, as well as to contact his Senators and Congressman with this obvious story of abuse of power.
He should also appear at his town council meeting and ask why the local police were dispatched to assist Federal agents for a routine interview.
He should also get an attorney, and now deal through the attorney.
He never should have talked to anyone without a warrant.
Grab your cellphone and start taking pictures, all the while asking if they mind. If the do, “See Ya!”. I’ll bet they would have run like roaches when exposed to having their pictures taken.
I’ve gotten to be a firm believer in that ANY meeting with an officer of whatever authority should be videoed, even their refusal. If they try to confiscate said phone on they are on your property, yell bloody murder (or have your wife videotaping from an inconspicuous spot in the house). Also get a pic of their car and license plate.
