I stand corrected and I apologize.
“Quit wasting your time on Ron Paul and find something positive about your candidate that will help in defeating Romney and Obama in 2012.”
I agree. How about this very positive stuff about my candidate?
My conservative candidate is not a Truther.
My conservative candidate does not praise traitors.
My conservative candidate does not pander to conspiracy theory nuts.
My conservative candidate does not want to endanger the nation by gutting defense.
My candidate does not partner with George Soros.
My conservative candidate does not want to destroy even more families, neighborhoods and US productivity with even more dope.
My conservative candidate does not lies about decades of vile newsletters he owns.
My conservative candidate does not sympathise with the occupy parasites.
My conservative candidate is not endorsed by some of the most vile and wacko groups in the nation.
My conservative candidate does not accept Iran and terrorists getting nukes.
See, all positive about my candidate.
“If he were simply espousing Libertarian principles he would be judged on that basis.”
Certainly not based on what I’ve read on this board.
You do realize, don't you, that many of the things on that pie chart actually come from Ron Paul newsletters or Ron Paul, don't you? Like Apartheid, purchasing the slaves, the Panama canal blackmail, not using 'Dr.' for Martin Luther King, "Rapetown,' government disinformation on crack cocaine dangers, Mossad, and more.
What's hard is picking the stupid stuff Ron Paul just made up real Ron Paul stuff from the stupid stuff I just made up.
It’s a start.
I quietly giggled until “Those darned kids are on my lawn again.” At that point I called my husband over to look. We both laughed hysterically at “It’s still those damn Jews”! Sadly some of this stuff is true. RP is dangerous for America.
Hmmmmmmm, wait, don't tell us j k l - your a paulite and upset that the racists are whole heartedly behind him. Or you are upset that this reality got exposed.
Sniff, sniff troll bait here?
Is your problem that my headline said "93.5% of Neo- Nazis Support Him" rather than "93.5% of Stormfront Neo-Nazi Group Members Support Him"? Because I thought the blurb under the title made it clear it was a Stormfront poll.
It's like when any news medium says "72% of the American public." What they really mean is 72% of the people they polled. And that's understood.
I could have written "93.5% of Stormfront Neo-Nazi Group Members," but that would be inaccurate, too, because it's not clear that all of the group members participated. I haven't seen a membership list. Ron Paul may have one as part of his fund-raising campaign - but I'm not suggesting that.
Even if I had said 93.5% of Stormfront Neo-Nazi Group Members Posting In Poll On Stormfront.org Website," it may have been wrong, because I'm not certain you have to be a member of Stormfront to post in the poll, and perhaps some members have two names they use in the blog.
How would you have reported on the fact that Stormfront conducted a poll and those who responded overwhelmingly selected Ron Paul? What headline would you have written? Is this something the readers of Free Republic clearly aren't interested in knowing? How is sharing the fact of this poll not a fact?
What are the useful facts to which you allude?
Well, done Proud, well done.
You don’t think he is responsible for anything? His refusal to return contributions from Stormfront are whose fault? His racist newsletters are whose fault? His long anti Israel stands are whose fault?

Former KKK Grand Wizard and Louisiana Congressman David Duke, endorsed Ron Paul
Willis Carto is a holocaust denier, Hitler admirer and a white supremacist, endorsed Ron Paul
Chuck Baldwin is a neo-Confederate New World Order conspiracy theorist who praises the confederacy and calls the Civil War the War of Northern Aggression., endorsed Ron Paul
Don Black is a former Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan, a current member of the American Nazi Party, endorsed Ron Paul
Bill White is a neo-Nazi who is a former member of of the neo-Nazi group the National Socialist Movement, endorsed Ron Paul
Richard Poplawski is a neo-Nazi from Pittsburgh who regularly posted on the neo-Nazi website Stormfront, endorsed Ron Paul
You are correct facts are stubborn things.
Ron Paul is a racist and an anti-Semite - its a fact.
So, who’s your man? Romney?
Ron Paul’s aide:
Eric Dondero, (a former senior staffer) wrote, on his blog December 27, 2011:
“He is, however, most certainly Anti-Israel and Anti-Israeli in general. He wishes the Israeli state did not exist at all. He expressed this to me numerous times in our private conversations. His view is that Israel is more trouble than it is worth, specifically to the America taxpayer. He sides with the Palestinians, and supports their calls for the abolishment of the Jewish state, and the return of Israel, all of it, to the Arabs,”.
Yep, facts are stubborn.
Yes! The basic premise of Nazism relies on not only big government, but one that tells us who to date, breed with, and what religion they should be among other things that are definitely anti-liberty and anti-conservative! Nazis are racially-obsessed Communists. Collective weirdos with a penchant for silly costumes and very dangerous ideas.
Thanks; you beat me to it. To be honest, Stormfront's political stupidity is beyond baffling. The only way I can make sense of it is, they're so desperate that they'll clutch to anyone established that can be spun as saying something nice about David Duke and who has made some anti-war remarks that can be spun as non-support of Israel.
[Anti-war neo-Nazis??? Am I the only one who sees how absurd that is?]
Their marginalization, for obviously good reasons, must be getting to them. None of those guysies have clued in to the fact that Paul would also cut off U.S. government aid to the Palestinians, of which there is lots. Anyone care to guess what the Palis' aid money is being turned into?
More to the long-term point, the neo-Nazis need big government to implement their evils. With a minimal government, they'd be as powerless as the kook who yells at everyone from his front lawn.
Now that I'm writing this, I'm surprised that the Stormfronters aren't loudly yelling for strict gun control laws and rigorous enforcement of them. [With, of course, loopholes snuck in at the time or added later.] JFPO is bang-on when they say that gun freedom would have hindered the Nazis considerably. In addition, the Stormfronters could have tied strict gun control to their eternal preoccupation with crimes committed by minorities. Further evidence that they're politically stupid.
I liked Bachman, and would probably prefer Santorum or Gingrich at this point. Romney is my last legitimate choice, Paul is a joke.
Ideal need for more stabile minds
Ron Paul is the Ernst Rohm of the GOP...and his follwers are the SA....
A bunch of malcontents and losers. Add thugs and Jew Haters and there you go.
