None of the other scientists you mentioned (nor anyone else) has a clue about what’s going on inside and E-Cat.
***Feel free to provide evidence for this assertion as well.

I’ve read and seen several instances where one of the scientists you’ve mentioned above has taken a totally unsubstantiated claim from Rossi and treated it as though it were a well-established fact.
***Feel free to provide evidence for this assertion as well.

I find it very interesting that the only times there were competent outsiders at tests (NASA and Quantum) that Rossi was apparently unable to get his gadget to work.
***Wrong. At least for NASA. Their position is that it did not operate in Heat After Death mode for more than 6 hours, which was their arbitrary cutoff point. Any device operating for more than an hour in HAD mode is proof enough for the average researcher, but NASA is playing politics here.

Here’s my standard ‘ignore’ post to Lx.

This will be my standard post to you that says you’re not worth trying to have reasonable discussion, also says “buzz off” & doesn’t leave crickets. Maybe you should sign up for a few more years of therapy.

This will be my standard post to moonboy that says you’re not worth trying to have reasonable discussion, also says “buzz off” & doesn’t leave crickets. But if it offends you to the point that you get it removed like my prior innocuous citation then I’ll have to come up with some other ‘ignore button’ post.

This means I have nothing more to say to you about LENR. Bye.

If ecat is not a scam, the easiest way to discredit it would be to chum the waters with red herrings, basically plant evidence of fraud. It would be so easy to believe.

He should put them on his own web page and then link to them. He’d save everybody bandwidth that way, and still have some childish satisfaction for himself.

Johnny, one need not attend the Goebbles school of propaganda to identify ad hominem attack and circumstantial evidence to discredit an entire field of science. It’s amusingly old school - by 70+ years.
Wow, pretty ridiculous overreaching by someone who just joined the discussion.

I've documented a decade's worth of news articles about Rossi's various crimes, convictions and jail sentences, among many other reasons to not trust him.

And you reply yet again with the illogical argument that if anyone is doing legitimate LENR research, then it somehow must mean that Rossi is legitimate as well.

That's flawed logic, and your response is a rude attack. Why should anyone bother to discuss this with you? If you pull way back on the vitriol, perhaps you can become a useful part of this conversation. But has it stands right now, you're just a rude little boy who is screaming for attention.

Congratulations, Kevmo. You've reached a whole new level of paranoia.

So, you're now claiming that Rossi is part of the Cold Fusion coverup?

Even Focardi admits that he doesn’t know how Rossi’s E-Cats are made or how they work.
***Feel free to provide evidence for this assertion.
LINK

When asked about pressure containment in an E-Cat, Focardi (through Rossi as a translator) states that "evidently" the walls are strong enough, and Rossi adds that "he does not know how the reactor is built."

From the article of the interview with Sven Kullander you yourself posted HERE:
He also said that Rossi is definitely not a fraud and that his friend Focardi and Levi is absolutely not frauds. They are his friends and he trust them.
So he's using "they are his friends" as the basis for his trust. Certainly not a scientific opinion.
Sven said that he have asked Rossi if Uppsala university can independently test the device, with the demand that all information will be reveled to the public. If Rossi says no to this Uppsala will not test the device.
Reiterating that Rossi refuses to allow any independent testing of his gadget.
Sven kullander sad that Focardi and Levi are both excellent professor that he believe a 100% in, Rossi on the other hand is a little bit of a black box.
More stating the obvious about Rossi.
Both scientists are well aware that what they saw and measured does not constitute proof and neither can say with certainty that Rossi’s claims are true.
No additional comment needed.
Kullander is deeply skeptical of the proton capture of nickel, believes that there are other possibilities.
Kullander doen't know how it works, and is "deeply skeptical" of the explanation provided by Rossi.

Cold Fusion: Physcists Sven Kullander and Hanno Essén interviewed about the Rossi-Focardi cell

Kullander says:

In this case, you have to believe in the inventor Rossi, who says he has been producing heat without any input of energy... And, in addition, he has heated a building in Bologna for a year."
No evidence, you just have to "believe" in Rossi.

Kullander than says:

But the problem is that Rossi, and to some extent Focardi, won't release any details. It is unknown what the reactor looks like inside, what substances it contains, the patent is not approved, so therefore the experiment cannot be repeated. And therefore the process cannot be scientifically grounded. The question now is the reliability of the information we have been supplied."
The interviewer asks why they think it's credible despite that lack of some essential pieces of information. Kullander says:
Well, partly because he [Rossi] says it... and partly because he has optimized (the process) in different ways.
He says that Rossi "has optimized the process in different ways" even though he just finished talking about how they don't know anything about the contents or operations of the gadget. So, how does he know that Rossi has "optimized the process"? Why, Rossi said so, of course!

Kullander then says:

What I think is important... there is a device which is made in many units and which is being sold...
Again, no evidence, just Rossi's unsubstantiated claims.

These scientist obvious trust Rossi, but they seem to be doing so in spite of, not because of, any actual evidence being provided.

I want it to run for 6 hours as well ~ just to prove it's not a simple (but exceedingly high tech FANTASTIC battery).

I don't think that idea is off the table ~ of course the Seagulls got a real problem here ~ they want me to believe in generators or secret chemicals ~
