This is how I see it too. As of today, I think Romney will win.
They both won the nomination. Romney stands to do the same.
Likewise, regardless of the hype that the Tea Party is dead, they know that The Tea Party Movement consists of fed-up Americans who want the power-structure removed, government to be limited to Constitutional powers, and ONLY by putting a veto pen in the hands of a RINO, or worse yet, LEAVING the pen in the hands of The Messiah, can keep the Socialist/Progressive/Big Money/Special Interests in control of this once-great Country.
‘I was talking about the GOP its your turn.
Last round was McCain, Romney behaved because the next turn was his.
Jeb is up after Romney (they needed to let us cleanse our palette of Bush, before bringing in Jeb).
I dont want any of what the GOP serves up.’
ABSOLUTLEY. Same with Dole, GWB, etc. Its time conservatives select their own favorite. Its NOT Romney.
My point is that’s all they won.
That’s true. My point is that Romney has a very good chance of winning the nomination. Obama of course is a far worse president than Clinton was. And McCain had no chance against the euphoria of the One. I think if Romney is nominated, he’ll win. But it will be close because so many tea parties will stay home.
I agree and will hold my tongue
