Speaking at the Congressional Black Caucus annual awards dinner...he didn’t mind people calling him a class warrior for merely asking a billionaire to pay the same tax rate as a Jew. The question is: did the CBC members in the audience laugh?

It sounds like he was not misreading his teleprompter.
When he's off teleprompter he lacks his smooth reading style and mangles things.
Last week he called the transcontinental railroad the intercontinental railroad.
Also last week, he said Buffett's secretary should not pay lower taxes than her boss. I think only Mark Levin picked up on that flub.
Our youth have been taught these types of slips are revelatory, that they uncover a racist mindset.
Bush's way with words became "proof" of his stupidity. Quayle reading a flashcard's incorrect spelling of potato became an anchor around his neck. Perry's managed debate answer may have killed his campaign.
Ingraham spent an hour on his CBC speech and the dropped "g's" and didn't mention this slip.
