Thanks for the links.
The man’s name was Lieutenant it’s not his Rank.
Apparently, the name is a tribal thing.
I am with Leo on this. It is SOOOOOOOOO frustrating.
People focus on the irrelevant, while the most important thing, dual citizenship, just flutters on by without notice.
Unbelievably frustrating.....
I was off by a couple of weeks. November 19th, 2008. That's the earliest reference I can find on Free Republic to the assertion that two U.S. citizen parents are required for natural born citizenship. If there are threads here on this forum actively discussing Vattel and/or his definition of natural born citizen as requiring two U.S. citizen parents prior to the 2008 election, then please send me those links.
As far as I can tell, the summer of '08 on this forum was spent chasing Kenyan birth certificates and Indonesian passport records. Nobody was talking about the two citizen parent issue until after Obama was President-elect (despite the fact his Kenyan father was a well-known detail throughout the campaign).
Prove me wrong.
So are you claiming that both those birth certificates, that don't look anything alike and are signed by different people are each Obama's original Kenyan birth certificate?
Well?
Which one is the real one? They both can't be his original birth certificate, now can they? We have the famous E.F. "Punk'd" Lavender BC on top and below that we have the equally famous Lucas Smith (who's never been to Africa but is currently residing behind bars in Pima County, AZ.) birth certificate.
Which one is the real deal?
My United States Passports have always been valid for 10 years.
THE DIVORCE FROM THE KENYAN AWARDED CUSTODY TO STANLEY ANN DUNHAM OF AN UNIDENTIFIED CHILD.
And explains why a divorce was filed when there was no marriage.
And if you don’t have a copy of the Obama/Dunham marriage license or state-issued marriage certificate, don’t tell me they were married.
Never happened!
No, I don’t remember anything about Barak Obama growing up in Africa. How interesting!
Obama seems to be able to threaten many into silence, except his family loves to babble in interviews about him, and rips the official biography all to Hell!
The immigration file is in the name of Barry Soetoro. This is the name he used at Occidental College.
I read earlier today that Kenya had, and still has, a law recognizing multiple marriages for Muslim Kenyan men.
In other words, if SAD went to Kenya to give birth, her son would be legitimate. Perhaps that also allowed him recognition as a member of the Luo tribe, as well.
Prove me wrong.
Why? It makes no difference. It is what it is. People focused originally on the more OBVIOUS reason why someone wouldn't be a natural born citizen (alleged foreign birth), and after that they focused on the fact that he had a foreign father. Most Americans have a simplistic understanding of 14th amendment citizenship (basically, if you're born in a State, you are a CITIZEN), and they have no comprehension whatsoever that a "Citizen" and a "Natural Born Citizen" are not the same thing.
Anyway, whether people knew the Meaning and Origin of Article II previously is irrelevant. They do now. Surely you aren't going to claim to have known about John Jay's letter to Washington urging the inclusion of the "Natural born" term? I certainly did not know about it until it was pointed out.
I also did not know that Benjamin Franklin had received several copies of Vattel's book (written in French) and that he and Charles Dumas used them as code books in sending secret messages back and forth between Europe and America.
I did not know that the book which Washington failed to return to the New York Public Library was a copy of Vattel's "Law of Nations."
I did not know that Vattel's book was specifically referenced during the Constitutional convention. (Anyone know if Blackstone was so referenced during same?)
I did not know that Thomas Jefferson used the book to help him compose the Declaration of Independence, You know, where he erased the word "Subject" and wrote over it the word "CITIZEN."
I did not know that Vattel's "Law of Nations" was so ubiquitous in the founding movement of America, and that it was indeed the blueprint upon which our entire form of government and constitutional law is based.
As I said, it is completely irrelevant WHEN someone knew something. It takes time for people to learn, and I and others have learned a lot in the last few years. Everything We learn points in the same direction. The child of a Foreign Father CANNOT be a "Natural born citizen" according to the meaning the Founders gave the term, and therefore cannot be a legitimate president, and no, the 14th Amendment didn't inadvertently repeal Article II.
Never happened!
There is supposedly a listing of an Obama/Dunham marriage on the Hawaiian Marriage index. That indicates SOMETHING. I'm not sure what, but it should not be ignored.
Anyone have any ideas why there would be no marriage certificate available yet Hawaii lists a marriage as having taken place?
WND and Taitz need to be put in contact with Eric Bolling. It might even help to have Leo talk to Bolling. However. best do it before Obama’s enablers get there first. I’m very interested in this story.
Pinging a few of you to Bellflower’s comment.
Perhaps the half brother Malik did grow up with the guy who originally had the name BHO and may be known now as Roman Obama.
TX for this; it's DYNAMITE. won't ask source...
Stanley’s military service excepted, there is no information that I’ve ever seen that would indicate the Dunhams ever traveled outside of the United States.
