Palin is NOT dithering. There are legal reasons as to why she is not declaring her candidacy now.

I want to support a real conservative that is RUNNING!
I want a LEADER not a reader.
I want someone who not only talks the talk, but walks the walk so point out someone else that is running, not someone that might run not someone you like to see run someone that is running that beat Herman Cain.

Please explain. She is dropping positive hints, and it ** IS ** early... but I don’t want to see another situation like Fred Thompson last time where he played prima donna, got in late, and by that time attention had turned to others in the field.
If she declares, she could get sued by the same haters who ran her out of office. July 26th is the deadline for any lawsuits that can be filed against Palin since it’s 2 years after she officially resigned. So that’s why Palin is mum on her plans, and the fact that it’s still way too early to be jumping in the race.
