Never has Obama looked so out of his league. He looks like he wants to sink into the floor, as if he is just realizing that with the perqs of office come immense responsibility. Now he must not only be accountable for OBL’s death, but he must also take credit for it, which is great politically, but not so great when dealing with the Muslim world.

credit, yes. ‘Great deal’ of credit? Not so sure. Any President who refused this order should be immediately removed. We had the world’s most wanted man located, and a flawless strategy to kill/capture. Who wouldn’t sign off?
I give the man credit for his decision. Clinton failed in this exact same situation...multiple times. We are now post 9/11 and this decision still takes some guts, but it is the only choice to make.

I’m trying to figure out the logistics of streaming video from a helmet cam to Washington DC. I guess they were transmitting to a plane above them then to a satellite. Or they were warring someone’s wireless router in the neighborhood

Incredible to be able to watch the video in real time. It reminds me of the movie Aliens where they had the cameras in their helmets. In this case I wonder if it was helmet cams or if they had dedicated cameramen. Also, if they captured OBL’s last moments on film and he behaved in a cowardly way, I wonder if it could be used to humiliate and demoralize the jihadists.
