According to the web site (below) the name didn’t change to Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until Kauikeolani Children’s Hospital merged with Kapi‘olani Maternity Home in 1978. I thought the same thing until I went back and looked at the pics Danae posted a while back. They show the same thing. The longform has a 2 digit for the year and the COLB shows a 4 digit. So it seems when the print the COLB, they convert the year to 4 digits.

All those Republicans sat on their cowardly butts while they watched innocent people persecuted for asking to see the hidden birth certificate.
I am also disgusted with our highest military. Surely it is plainly evident that there are serious issues regarding Obama’s eligibility. These highest officers would have to be stupid not to see this. We know they aren't stupid. When it comes to the domestic portion of their oath to defend the Constitution are they cowards?
They took an oath to defend the Constitution. Did they lie when they raised their hands and did that. What were they doing? Did they have their fingers crossed behind their backs and instead quietly whispered an oath to themselves that they would defend their perks and pensions?
When did turning a blind eye to deceit, fraud, and usurpation become part of the military code of honor? Where is the evidence that these officers sought peaceful, lawful, and legal certified clarification of Obama’s eligibility from congress, the courts, or Obama himself?
If certifiable evidence proving Obama’s eligibility was not forthcoming, these eunuchs should have held a very public press conference. Laid out the lack of evidence, obfuscation, and deceit, and then promptly resigned. Then the next level of officers should have done the same all the way down to 2nd lieutenant.
Given that Obama claims that his father was a foreign national, and that his so-called “official” birth certificate is likely forged, these officers should act to seek (peaceful, legal, and lawful) *certifiable** clarification TODAY!!! Anything less is a betrayal of their oath before God.
