The Supreme court has told us a natural born Citizen is born to citizen parents.
It has never told us a NBC is born to an alien and a citizen.
Perhaps the subject of natural born Citizenship is to complicated for some in this forum and limit themselves to the birth certificate....
The BC posted on the internet is a fraud..there can be no doubt...but it does mean Obama was not born in Hawaii.
In late 50’s and early 60’s there was an exodus of White settlers departing East Africa due to Independence and the Mau Mau uprisings.
I attended numerous classes and briefings on East Africa prior to my 4 year deployment to an Embassy in that area.
Natural born Citizen should be the primary focus..Ann Dunham going to Mombassa..is remote.

This thread happens to be based on possible Kenyan birth. I have read every post on Leo Donofrio’s blog and agree with his analysis of what NBC meant to the founders.
However, it is recognized US law now and at the time of the founding that the “bastard” child of a legally unmarried mother, such as a bigamously married Stanley Ann, receives only the unitary nationality of the mother.
Under the 1948 BNA Obama is explicitly NOT a UK subject due to his father's bigamy and thus is NOT a dual citizen of the UK and US, per my best research.
Stanley Ann and Barack Sr are on record in HI as being married (bigamously) in Feb 1961. Stanley Ann had six months to get to Kenya for a possible delivery there and had three weeks after the birth to get from Kenya to Seattle where witnesses and her transcript show she started school there.
Stanley Ann was drawn to Africans (at least one) and romanticized non-whites. She spent most of her life in equatorial tropical areas with non-whites.
Yes Mau Mau were rampaging then, but in the summer of 1961, historic events were occurring in Kenya which could have attracted Stanley Ann. Obama Sr. and her parents had every reason to spirit a pregnant Stanley Ann out of HI, ASAP and hide her away out of HI after the birth. Kenya might have been the first stop for her and after the birth and some disillusionment with life in tribal Africa, U of Washington might have been the next stop.
Obama’s actions in refusing to release his HI vital records betray fear of ineligibility, IMO.
Please post what you believe would be the travel itinerary from Hawaii to Mombasa for Ann Dunham and return.
Include mode of transport, countries, cities, dates, expenses etc.
I have looked into this...including the infamous train from Nairobi to Mombasa.
Getting in and out of East Africa was complicated for me in the 90’s, this includes transiting via France, Germany, Egypt, Ethiopia, Saudi..even a stop in Sudan. This includes over nights.

We've been over all of that before on FR and it was very possible for her to get there on the newly introduced jet airline service, or by any other means given the six months available between Feb and Aug 1961. Getting back from Kenya to Seattle in three weeks should have been no problem either.
Let's say Frank M. Davis, a big-time Commie with a rich wife and connections to KGB gets Stanley Ann pregnant (perhaps little O was in the oven in the Xmas nude photo shoot?).

To make sure that a father other than Frank Davis is on the baby BC and that there IS a father on the BC romantic and impressionable Stanley Ann agrees to a secret “wedding” on an out of the way HI island attended by nobody in Feb 1961. As it turns out, Stanley Ann is horrified by the behavior in Kenya of her revolutionary "heroes" and the attitude of her African revolutionary "sisters" and after giving birth to BHO II (for the sake of argument at CPGH) she says she wants to leave Africa with the baby.
She is told she can't come back to HI because the sham marriage to BHO Sr. would be evident and messy for an exchange student and it was not supposed to be public, so she is sent to WA to be looked after by the commies there until after BHO Sr leaves HI.

I coordinated travel for our military, foreign military and foreign civilians, and citizens cannot mention to and from various countries in East Africa and to the US and return. It is not that simple.

Natural born Citizen and subject to jurisdiction is a failure for Obama. It does not matter where he was born.

SADO had six months from Feb ‘61 to Aug ‘61 to get from HI to Mombasa or to anywhere else in Kenya and back to Mombasa and you want to quibble about temporary train travel disruptions? Fail.
Where are these "facts"? The alleged 2007 HI COLB pixel image never entered into evidence in any court? If the Obama Dunham marriage was bigamous, Obama II has the unitary citizenship of his mother as recognized by the founders and 1961 law.
If the Obama Dunham marriage was bigamous, under the 1948 BNA, Obama II is explicitly NOT a UK subject and NOT a dual citizen.
If Frank M. Davis is Obama’s daddy, Obama is NBC...but only documented and if he was born in HI. Davis could be Obama’s dad, but Obama may have been born in Kenya thanks to the KGB or Davis’ wife's money trying to hide the mixed race child turning up so close to Davis in HI where there were only a few available “suspects.”

NBC is a condition of birth which is impervious to foreign claims. If a person, after the age of majority undertakes to acquire and is granted citizenship of another country, that has nothing to do with and does not negate NBC status.
“The problem” with Obama is that his stated biography (assuming a non-bigamous marriage of his parents) with his UK subject father would make Barry “governed by the BNA of 1948” and thus a dual UK-US citizen at birth. Barry would be a native born citizen (born on US soil if, indeed, he was) but not a natural born citizen, according to some constitutional scholars.
If Barry's parents had a bigamous marriage due to his father's previous Kenya marriage to Kezia, Barry would be the illegitimate son of a legally single US citizen mom and would be NBC under US law because he would not be a dual citizen. The BNA of 1948 does not pass citizenship to illegitimate children.
If Barry were actually born in Kenya and his HI vital record came about as a result of a fraudulent report of a home birth or some sort of post-birth amendment (so far hidden by HI vital records due to Barry refusing a release) Barry would not be NBC or even a US citizen due to the age of his mother under US law at the time.
The article was written in June 1962. The usual date for his arrival is summer 1959. He said he only had enough money for 3 semesters and would have to get a job to support himself. How could he afford to and why would he have gone to Kenya in 1960 if he had said 2 years? My research into the writer of the article leads me to believe he was very smart and careful about what he wrote. He also probably wrote the article very soon after the interview and since two sounds nothing like seven I don’t think it was likely he would have confused the two or forgotten what 0 Sr. actually said. It’s possible he could have made a mistake but considering how busy 0 was with completing 2 degrees in 3 years with top honors, working at a job, socializing with his “friends” and possibly marrying a pregnant white teenage girl and whatever else he was doing, he had no time to be taking off to visit Kenya.
Well, she first went to Mecca by invitation of the Saudis? Something to do with Soetoro’s muzzie belief or their “promotion” of him going to college/universities?? Maybe she then visit Gadahafi to tell him that grandson was really born in Mombasa???
