Whether obama is more of a fascist or more of a socialist is probably a distinction in search of a difference. For many Germans, who never drank the kool aid, the nazis and communists were all regarded as "bolshevists."

In a word, YES.

I call it communism; but, then, I call everything communism that isn’t freedom, democracy, and free markets. Fascism is only a poorly disguised version of communism. So again, the answer to whether our High Chancellor is resurrecting fascism is: “you bet your life” (and liberty; and property).
