My daughter is manager of a sleep lab here, but the sleep problems are inherent with CFIDS. No apnea.
The fatigue is part of the name: Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome. It has about 45 symptoms, and one is that sleep is seldom refreshing. Comes with the territory.

Salt Lake and Utah Counties are too cold for me. They have snow. Snow is cold and I fall in it. Snow also gets inside your shoes and freezes your feet.
I’ll come back up next fall for my class reunion. It’s still warm and green!
