You'll notice lil' Jamie cannot make coherent arguments and only has the ability to spam threads.
There are whitnesses whose public statements corroborate the evidence in the photograph. Their corroborating testimony, combined with the photograph, would be definitive proof in any court that he attended Kindergarten in Hawaai.
What are these plausible actions or lack of actions?
Or maybe he lived as a full foreign national during his college years.
What makes you think this is pluasible? Of what possible benefit would it be to him to claim foreign nationality in college?
You know, but there it is. Aluminum foil encased walls keep out the Vitamin D, you may want to get some sunshine.
The more natural reading of that statement is that 20-year-old passport applications aren't vital. What makes you consider them vital?
There was no good reason for Dunham or the Passport office to cross out Obama Jr. name from her passport application unless she did not have the proof to back up the claim that Soebarkah Obama Jr. was a US Citizen...like no legitimate US birth certificate.
Remember Obama was flying around in the Far East and living in Indonesia at the time so what passport was he using if not a US passport? A Kenyan or an Indonesian passport or he had both?
Apparently you didn't read all the contradictions in the post that I provided on this thread.
Well, actually, every single one of our Founding Fathers was born "a subject to the crown of His/Her Majesty the King/Queen of England". :-)
Benjamin Franklin: Born a subject of Her Majesty Queen Anne
John Hancock and most of the other Founding Fathers: Born a subject of His Majesty George II
Martin Van Buren, the eighth President of the United States, was the first U.S. President that was NOT born as "a subject to the crown of His/Her Majesty the King/Queen of England".
----------------------------------------------------
Of course they were, which is why they grandfathered themselves in. Right? Not a one of them considered themselves a "Natural Born Citizen". They knew they weren't. They were, however "citizens of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution."
No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.Your not suggesting Barry fits the grandfathered clause like the founders...are you? Otherwise, why would you mention that in the context of Barry and 2008-2010?
He is spending his money attempting to convince everyone that NATIVE BORN=NATURAL BORN. That bogus tactic seems to be working out pretty well for him, since every one from my Senator to the milkmnan has told me that since "He was born in Hawaii," it's OK for him to be my POTUS,
IMHO, if the Mombasa Moonbeam is found to have been born at home plate in Wrigley Field on the 4th of July, with the Marine Band playing the SSB softly in the background, that is just swell; just not enough to get him declared a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN, which the old white guys who wrote the COTUS specified.
...And there's a reason why the Mombasa Moonbeam is no longer a member of the Illinois Bar. Neither reason is ever likely to be vouchsafed unto us.
You haven't been listening closely to Mark Levin as he has on occasion mentioned where is Obama's birth certificate!??
As an example...
- - - - -
Mark Levin just went into the Birth Certificate issue for about 5 minutes trying to figure out why Obama won't show it, and he backed up Palin comments from yesterday.

Aw shucks, so it certainly looks like Mr. Levin is to a "Birther" too.

I suspect these people realize there is much more to happen if the whole corrupt sceneario is revealed and they inspite of their talk do not want to take the walk. Think about what might be involved besides Obama’s losing his pension and his family being disgraced. Think about the number of people who might get caught up in a web of incrimminations, some being old time friends of theirs. What will be opened is the biggest, most horrific instance of scamming and fraud in USA history if not the world. The nay-sayers are not of the character of men who founded this Nation and were willing to lose all.
Could it have happened this way?
I am a life long Republican and I would like to know the truth about Obama’s records too. I will not be called a “Birther” because I think we all as Conservatives have the mental ability to work politically and ask questions on this matter. By saying what you said about “Birthers” you help to bolster the liberal lie. What is wrong with us when we cannot ask a simple question? Are we that far gone that we have censored ourselves based on what other think of us?
I tell you what, you work on the political issues and let the “Birthers” do what they do best. Can we all as Patriots quit the fighting against ourselves? Are not all of our concerns valid? And most of all...is THE LAW...THE LAW? Or is it only important when it does not have a stigma attached to it? Our Dear Lord said it best...Ye shall know the Truth and the Truth shall set you free!
To: Nicholas Jenkins
Mark Levin, a constitutional litigator, says these claims are going nowhere. Ill take his opinion over Philip Berg.
Did Mark say that this evening? Please tell us what else Mark Levin said about this issue and the case going to Conference before the Justices on Friday. Thanks!

Keep chasing ...
Are you implying that Rush et.al. have more valid info than all the persons who have been uncovering documented history?
“Ah yes, Perkins v Elg, decided by the Supreme Court of the United States in 1939 and holding that a child born in the United States to alien parents.......”
As usual for your posts I stopped reading right there......
Elizibeth Elg”s parents were Swedish immigrants who became Naturalized American Citizens prior to her birth, and who, subsequent to Elizebth’s birth (actually a few years later), re-patriated to Sweden taking Elizabeth with them.
The Court held that Elizebeth, the actions of her parents not with standing, was not only a birthright American citizen because of her birth in the US, but met the higher standard for NBC because both of her parents were US citizens at the time of her birth. Born in country to 2 citizen parents......sigh
As usual you distort both the facts of the case and the courts ruling to advance your agenda of Obama apology.....I wish you would stop posting this twisted nonsense, but then how would you make a living? Does trolling pay well?
BTW KWA established birthright citizenship for people born in the US to non-citizen parents whose residency in the US met the restriction as spelled out in the 14th amendment.
That is born citizenship for non Natural Born Citizens....under to legal concept of jus solis.
Lets go back to your false premises in post 15. You think the eligibility issue is not a real conservative issue? Of course it is a real conservative issue. Enforcing the law of the land as it is written in the US Constitution is being a conservative.
And you think that the "Birther" issue is going to suck out the advances this November elections from the Republicans. Hey, I want the Dems to run on the issue as their main plank this mid-term elections. So why are the Dim-bats not doing it? LoL! Well go for it you Dumbocrats. Every one of you Rats running for election this November state Obama is a natural born citizen everyday on the stump. I'm waiting...come on since it is the ticket for Nancy Pelosi to retain the Majority leader of the House.

And a year later Levin questions Obama about his birth certificate. Hey that's what "Birthers" do!

Check the party affiliations of honcho Birthers and youll notice it aint Republican!
And BTW, Conservatives are first conservatives before they are part of the Republican party.
All that this proves is that Stanley Ann decided not to add her son to her passport in 1968. It is not some sort of smoking gun that he was an Indonesian citizen. Maybe he was, but this does not provide positive evidence for that. Lots of people choose to get separate passports for their 7-year-old kids, particularly if there is a chance that the parent or son will one day need to travel alone.
Why would he need to spend money to convince people of something that is common knowledge? It's what's been taught in High School government classes and in law schools for decades. I suspect it was also the common understanding on this board until Obama was elected, which is why there was such an interest in seeing Bobby Jindal nominated.
