I'll let you in on a little secret. Mormons aren't the only ones preparing for that SHTF day. It's a nationwide low profile movement stretching across all socio-economic and ethnic boundaries.
“not that long ago, young boys just like that took up arms with their fathers and fought the best Army in the world for their freedom. And they won.”
Yes. They were able to separate their loyalty to government from their dedication to the cause of freedom. I worry that too many Americans today may not be able to make that distinction.
Actually, I agree with everything you just said.
Me.... I trust God. who feeds the birds of the air and dresses the lilies of the field
I TOTALLY agree. It’s something I never understood..this dressing up and stupid hats...
You people are ridiculous. Really. There’s no pleasing some people. HE MADE A SUGGESTION...that’s all. Doesn’t negate every thing he has done, which has been incredible. he started the 9.12 project and then took a back seat. This is where Conservatives ALWAYS ALWAYS go wrong...somebody does one thing they don’t like and they throw them away. Libs never do that, because they understand that the ends justify the means...and this suggestion from Beck is a good one. He’s not DEMANDING people do anything...he’s suggesting and some of you are more than willing to throw him overboard..shame on all of you.
Yup, excellent post Nautyi!
Oops, please remove the “y” from Nautyi...
A winning formula that ends up with wonderful and highly expressive photos such as these:

This is what helps tell the Tea Party story — all over the world!
The 8/28 rally, for example, was great, and was not meant to be political, so it was right that Beck asked that people not bring signs. HOWEVER, except for those shots designed to show crowd SIZE, how many pics of people attending the rally — much less how many thousands of galleries across the net of people attending the rally — are there?
I’d say: ZERO. Why? Because individuals in the 8/28 crowd really were not telling a story, nor were they expressing themselves, except by way of attending and supporting what the speakers said. Eo they just weren’t interesting, from a publishing point of view.
