Ignoring the legalities and constitutional implications: IF BHO is ineligible, I would feel *least* afraid if Joe Biden took over. There are no records kept on entry and exit into the US by citizens, at least not for 48+ years. There's the customs form that you fill out when you enter, but that typically gets thrown away a few days after you clear customs.

The only records that might be available are documents mama Obama submitted to the state department when applying for a passport. But I really don't see what you could possibly learn from looking at that file. All you would find would be her application and a Kansas birth certificate.
