They are treating the Constitution like toilet paper and 40% of the country and all the MSM are cheering wildly for them as they do it.
People who try and start arguments about process on this are almost always against the actual policy substance too, often times for purely constitutional reasons.
There . . . .isn't that better?
You have to conclude the MSM puppet-masters are part of this. would never happen or get this far without them.
As low as my opinion of Democrats is, I can’t believe they’ll round up sufficient numbers to pass by the Slaughter rule. They’ll need to worry about more tahn losing their seats in future years; they’ll be prosecuted.
Obama and the democrats did not endear themselves to the supreme court at the state of the union address.. my guess is they will be very happy to review this “law”
If they do this, we are in a dictatorship. All bets will be off, first step is MASSIVE civil disobedience. If the didn’t like the tea parties, just wait,,,

--Finally, the memo recommends staffers put together in-district events during the Easter recess where their lawmakers can highlight all the immediate benefits reform would provide.
MEMO
3. Finally, I encourage you to study the final attached slide (#14) and give some thought to what your plan is post-vote, especially during Easter Work Period. If your Member is a yes, or might be a yes, I would lay the groundwork for some events to highlight the reforms that will quickly become law no more donut hole, dependent children covered until 26, insurance access for those with pre-existing conditions, etc.
Why aren’t these a**holes clamped in irons and frog-marched to the hoosegow?
Yes, I’m perfectly serious.
I presume if they really try this, the SCOTUS will toss the whole thing out as invalid simply because it isn’t a law under the Constitution. Which would be a whole lot handier than having to challenge the bizarre construction of the interstate commerce clause the demonRATs propose to use to justify forcing people to buy a product that is never sold across state lines.
Barack Hussein zer0bama.....
If there really is a constitutional question regarding this, why aren't the republicans and conservative legal groups beating down the doors of the federal courts trying to stop it? Or do they have to wait until after the dems use it?
If the dems use this tactic and the bill passes and is signed by the president, then a few months later the Supreme Court rules that the tactic was invalid, does the entire law get tossed out, or is it just ones of those things where the courts would say, "Naughty, Naughty" you shouldn't have done that and can't do it in the future, but the law would remain?
Here is the way they think.
“We pass this and what will the public do? NOTHING! They’ll whine and bitch and threaten and in the end they will do nothing. So we have nothing to fear as we have some one third of the people behind us. So lets pass it and let them stew and gripe and they’ll accept it eventually.”
That is their opinions and what will be our reaction?
I wonder..

Code Red - House Target List on Health Care
The National Republican Congressional Committee has published a target list on health care. In addition to continuing to contact the five Tennessee Democrat Congressmen, you can go http://www.votervoice.net/link/clickthrough/ext/94697.aspx to contact some of these targets. Much of the talk following Obamas announcement has focused on how to defeat this second bill through reconciliation, but that is misleading because the first step to defeating Obamacare is not by concentrating on defeating the fixer bill but by defeating the Senate bill in the House when it goes to the floor for an up-or-down vote on Thursday, March 18th.
