The Certifications of Nomination comport to the legal requirements of the individual states to whose election officials various members of the D state and national parties submitted these Certifications. (Read my blog.)
Posting platitudes fails to answer the question. Our government provides redress for perceived wrongs. Until a citizen has exhausted these means of redress, advocating revolution seems to me to be not only premature but also a reflection that the complainant is really upset at WHO is in power, and not at the political system that allowed his ascension to power. In the end, if a majority of citizens accept the status quo, stealing the will of that majority by advocating an overthrow of the government, makes its proponents un-American.
What and where are the platitudes in the questions I posted?

BTW, I did not promote or advocate an overthrow of the government, I said I agree with what the black pastor James David Manning from Harlem, N.Y. was saying!!!!
I find that nothing in the public record establishes he is even a U.S. citizen, let alone a NBC.

Here is exactly what I believe, legal niceties and subtle semantical references notwithstanding. There IS no Contitutional Republic left to abolish.
Anyone who believes that the Civil War was fought to free slaves in the South has no real grasp of history. The Civil War was purely political and economic. It was the beginning of the end for the country and the end of freedom. It was then that government proclaimed itself master of the People and NOT the other way ‘round.
It was THEN that the government decided it could tax the sweat of our brows and put price tags on all of our lives from birth to death for the “privilege” of having them decide FOR US, in a building full of closed doors which we cannot pass through, all things great and small.
For many decades, We the People have sat in our homes, our fields, and apartments watching our beloved Constitution being shredded before our eyes interrupted here and there by foreign wars.
With each such shredding, we insisted to ourselves the ripples would even themselves out and we would once again see smooth sailing.
Instead, each ripple became a tsunami that ripped at the heart of the very fabric of our society and our culture.
Civil rights, (a GOOD thing that was ALREADY proclaimed as a right, that all men are created equal,) became more rights for some and less rights for others as more and more Americans were discriminated AGAINST to “make up for” discrimination done to others in our long distant past.
Our Constitution has no RIGHT to education, but it did not stop the government from taking over the entire education system making ALL of our children wards of the state, did it?
Freedom OF religion became freedom FROM religion as GOD was banned from public view, but holy cow, allah must be respected.
Freedom of speech has become freedom FROM getting your feelings hurt by words. Now you can go to prison if someone has an aversion to your words. Hate crime legislation is thought crime legislation so that our enemies, within and without, can use these insane “laws” to murder us with almost NO restrictions on their evil.
The right to own property and use it as you see fit is long since dead. You never own property. The government owns it all, and if you don’t believe that, try not paying your taxes on land that has been in your own family for 200 years.
The right to keep and bear arms has become a day to day obstacle course as the government thinks up more and insidious ways to disarm us.
The “Supreme””court” condoned and permitted the murders of untold millions of innocent lives by calling it a “right.” It condoned and permitted the murder of Terri Schiavo by calling it a “right to die.” It decided that the government hasa “right” to your property if it wants to give it to someone who will pay more to THEM for it.
I could go on and on, but you get my drift.
We are at the end of the line now. Our willingness to be patient and see where we go from here has run out because it is all too clear where we go from here if it is not stopped.
We have not had any redress in the courts. The “law” has become a joke because men in power write laws to suit themselves, not you and not me. WE have “no standing” to redress our grievances anymore.
Everything we have tried has failed. Elections are a sham. The bureaucracy is entrenched and we will never defeat it with one man, one vote, ever again. The power is now so concentrated in government hands that there is no such thing as a free people in this country anymore.
With the advent of this administration, now even the ILLUSION of freedom has been torn down and the bars of our prison loom large in front of our eyes.
There is nowhere on earth we can go to reclaim what has been stolen from us except the place where it was stolen from. HERE.
If I was to try and list the grievances We the People have against this tyranny, it would fill volumes. But I don’t need to list them. The Founders of this country wrote it concisely and succinctly, and far better than I ever could.
They called it The Declaration of Independence.
We have NO CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC LEFT TO ABOLISH.
The First Thanksgiving was to THANK GOD, not the government. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

I could not possibly address each false premise in your tome but, since I am an educator in a major urban school system, I thought I would tackle this fallacy. “Our Constitution has no RIGHT to education, but it did not stop the government from taking over the entire education system making ALL of our children wards of the state, did it?” But state constitutions do make public education a right for all citizens of the state. And states who want federal money - meaning, citizens of the states who would rely on federal revenues to operate their schools - must satisfy federal education requirements in order to qualify for that federal money.
Get the dept of ed out of my kids head!
The dept of educ needs to be abolished, and so does the NEA.

If everyone in this country had “standing” then, individual Defendants would face countless suits. So, the courts have necessarily winnowed down standing to a finite number of litigants. None of the cases presented thus far was sound. They not only violated basic standards of legal reasoning but they also conflated suspicion with fact; and fact with opinion. You know how hard I am working to expose that nothing in the public record evidences BO is a NBC, and to settle this issue. But even I could not deny, each of these cases was infirm from the outset. The only objection I could reasonably register to any of the rulings is that, the judges took too personally the ineptitude of the petitioners.
I am neither defending the bench nor excoriating the lawyers. I am just saying, citing the results of these cases to support your contention the courts could be corrupt, misses the point.

If you, knowing what you know, believe that this election was truly the will of the majority, then you were not paying attention. This election was a criminal conspiracy and there was nothing “free” about it. We were given NO CHOICE.
Furthermore, since I have now ascended my soapbox, how is this for an undeniable truth in keeping with the Constitution as written:
The government owns NOTHING. They do not own a single brick nor a single stick of furniture they have placed in any building they have erected to adore themselves in, nor any road, rock, river, or blade of grass in this country, let alone my body or my soul.
We own the government, and if we decide to take it apart and dismantle it brick by brick and start from scratch, we have an absolute right to do so.
Both the department of education and the NEA are well known “agents” for government propaganda now. Words have failed. Hundreds of volumes of words have been written, spoken and blogged. ALL have fallen on deaf ears or been outright blown off. At some point, which I believe is Now - Action is what is required.
The massive bills and the breakneck speed at which they are being passed is the Marxist system in action. WHEN, pray tell then, is it ever going to be time to ACT? If it isn’t now, when? After all is done and the people have nothing left to work with? That is what appears to be happening. State Attorney Generals, at this point, will also, blow off any requests for a change to certification review and they most certainly will not take any action. Just my view. CO
