It doesn’t matter what anyone does. If they have the votes they will pass it, no matter what the consequences. Congressional Democrats and the president are willing to go down with the vote if it means their Socialist movement gets to implement the dream they’ve had for 70 years, to control the American people using their healthcare against them.
The Marxist pres_ _ent and his commie cabinet and czars is precisely what the democrat party wanted in order to consolidate power. The democrat party is a Marxist criminal enterprise which discovered long ago that they could not get a majority of we the people to agree to their usurpation of the Republic so they have taken this stealth route using an affirmative action figure for his ‘blackness’ to deceive the public into believing he is anything but the commie he actually is. Reid and Pelosi are going to pass a bill that takes over more than the 1/6 th of the American economy. That lie is the fifth column enemedia’s concession to facts. The reality is much more harsh. Every aspect of life can be misconstrued by lying democrats to relate to healthcare so they can regulate it.
Don’t get tricked by the procedural mumbo-jumbo...this vote is critical to getting this passed by end of year...
This is the Senate version of the idiotic Stupak amendment...keep the eye on the prize...we must kill this now so it can’t pass this year.
Time is our ally The longer this debates the harder it will be to pass - the truth is coming out.
As you all know, the Saturday vote will be only to "debate" the bill, but the ruse is that if it passes, then the "nuclear option" will be put into play and it could pass the final vote with 51 votes instead of 60. This is a ploy devised by reid and pelosi so the borderline blue dogs could claim later that they voted 'against' the bill, thereby saving their hides at election time...but it's all a lie. If they vote "yes" on Saturday, then ARE voting for the bill, because they are throwing it into the nuclear option arena.
So in a way, Saturday is the "final" vote, then the rest is history? . . Damn them!
Do we have clarification on what Lieberman is going to do? Any updates?
God help us all!
"Reid said that a key procedural vote that will allow the Senate to formally move to the legislation will take place Saturday evening. If Reid secures 60 votesthe number needed to break a filibusterthe Senate will begin debate on the bill after legislators come back from next weeks Thanksgiving recess."
Does this mean Lieberman can't attempt to filibuster then?
