Leo seems to think that the Fukino will now play nice and provide all of the index data.
Leo is a lawyer and tries to work the law thinking that the other side will follow the rules.
I think TerriK is more skeptical as I am.
Fukino & the AG realized that they needed to release something to not blatantly violate the UIPA law. But it is not clear to me that they are going to release all of the index data.
Will have to see when someone shows up in person and wants to peruse all of the index records how forthcoming the DoH really is going to be.
We need transparency of all of the records.

Leo has done this once too many times. I do care how smart or capable he is. The man is totally unreliable. You cannot count on him. One day he is hot and one day he is not. That explains why he does not earn his living from practicing Law. I would not hire him as my counsel if he is the last attorney on planet Earth.
