OK, Mr/Mrs PDS. The reality that you apparently can’t see is that Palin talks sense, lives by her values, and draws huge crowds at will. Who else in modern politics draws 5,000 for a picnic in the middle of BFE nowhere, and that’s without bussing in a rent-a-mod or giving a free concert first. BTW, those are called “facts.” You might want to look into them.
But keep bashing if it makes you feel good. Just don’t expect any true conservatives to give you any credence.

Bush / McCain pollster, Mike Murphy, said Palin’s appeal is based on the shaky foundation of her beauty. He said Palin’s appeal will diminish when she gains the weight and wrinkles that come along with aging. I wonder if there is any truth to what Murphy says.
Just a note, Mike Murphy is one the reasons why the GOP is in a bad shape. He was for the bailouts and the 2003 Bush prescription drug plan.

I have nothing against Palin. It’s her groupies I question, I mean those what you call “True conservatives” ( LOL, not like me) many marching to talk radios tune.
I get as many agree pings as disagree.

Presidental elections are at least partially decided as popularity contests. So add many lonely male freepers that just happen to be thirsting for a conservative messiah to spring from no place to beat the liberal anti-christ figure Obama and you have some unrealistic expectations. I have nothing against Palin, I just dont see the magic like her groupies do.
Id be cheering if she was running for the Senate against the Obama agenda. But she is not. What we dont need is for her to go on a Palin victimology tour, And I would not see a tour like that as magic or helpful.
