What I see is him trying to shake hands 3 times only to be snubbed, and then he says to himself... self,at least we have to look useful(and mask the snubbing and spin the situation) in the eyes of whoever may be recording this... and move onto making an intro for Medvedev. Frankly,whatever this picture says, the Russians are still laughing at "the Great one" AS well as America for putting him there! шально! Ya,Ya!

True or not, Obama clearly looks perturbed as he stopped in front of that one guy, hand extended and then hung there. His eyes even dropped to the guy’s hand as the pissed-off look comes over his face. Like he’d been “dissed” :-)
