“She carries that baby around on her hip...,”

And the alternative is in a pram or with the nanny?
They just can’t take it. SHe’s a mom,who can multitask....The question is : Is it motherhood or the multitaking they can’t handle.

My Mother-In-Law, sadly a liberal almost deranged and consumed with Palin hatred, responded, with a sputter and a choke, when I asked her what it was about Sarah Palin that she disliked so much...

Mrs. Palin doesn't need gov't. She is self-sufficient, energetic, smart, and tough. The whammies.......? pro-gun, anti-abortion, drill now, states rights etc. That's enough to send an everybody's to blame but me crowd completely over the edge.

It is a shame how the party and for the most part conservative leaders have let this Palin bashing go on. The left sat in glee as this honorable woman’s family was attacked and the GOP could offer half ass responses.
The Dems are playing from a brutal playbook...we should too.

Because so many libs really hate her, that makes her more popular with the real Americans. The libs control the govt and their media, but there is a lot more of us than of them. She is our neighbor, our sister, our mom and on and on. Yet the govt media is doing everything they can to kneecap her. Makes it more and more obvious that the govt and their media is at war against the American taxpayer and the residents of flyover country. OK so be it. BRING IT ON.

It is at the heart a ‘nurturing’ issue ... liberals and leftists are not nurturing. Instead, they want children to be raised by the almighty state. Sarah Palin nurturing Trig despite his handicap is anathema to the twisted democrap mind. And the democrat mind cannot come to consciousness of their shortcoming where nurturing is concerned, so they just have bubbling visceral hatred of anyone seen nurturing, especially nurturing a handicapped child. It wasn't always like this. Even democrats were conscious once upon a time. But using abortions as a means to empower the democrat party has deadened democrats in general.

I think all of this hatred is because the women who have had abortions have gone insane with their guilt. She has a large family AND a special needs child. Both of these caused the insane to abort their problem.

“They’re upset because the Little Dude is smarter than they are.”

Not only is he smarter but the Little Dude more charming with better manners.

“And they hate Sarah Palin because deep down, they hate themselves for being who they are.”

I’m not sure they have enough grace to hate themselves for what they are. I think they hate Sarah, with or without Trig, because she doesn’t need their values to be successful or happy. That makes these nasty people irrelevent.

She is a GOD fearing good woman. They know, in what is left of their evil hearts, that GOD is on her side. That is truly why they fear her. This is a pure good against evil battle that must be won. GOD help us, and let my actions be for his purpose.

Hatred is the acid of ones soul.

Childless liberal females don’t want to admit any admiration for a woman who is mixing career and family as well as Sarah does. Some childless women don’t ever see themselves having children, and/or, see children as a burden. They don’t want to be reminded that the female bears the children. They don’t want to be reminded that some women combine career and family because they just don’t want kids in the first place. They don’t want to see prominent women with kids.

I agree- this is good vs. evil. Sarah said she was “answering a higher call”.
I believe her.

"But mention “Jesus” and their hatred is kindled."

Bingo.

The author of this article isn't wrong. But I see him analyzing a spiritual problem with a worldly diagnosis.

"If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you." - Jesus

You know what I would love? If not Trig, then one day someone with Down Syndrome actually running for Pres. I’ve seen some of the recent pics of Trig. He is just adorable! There’s one picture I saw of him with his mother, and he is just laughing it up! Just precious.

Indeed.

By the way, I love that cartoon, “Make Mine Freedom.” Wish I knew of others like it.

If Sarah Palin had aborted Trig, the left would have been okay with it. If she hid Trig offstage and out of sight, all would be good.

I agree with all you said up to this point. If it were ever learned that Sarah had aborted a Downs baby - she would have been called a hypocrite. If she kept him backstage or asleep in his own bed, she would have been accused of being ashamed of him and trying to hide him. That she had the baby with or without amniocentesis and that she is proud to show him to the world as a much-loved part of her family, shows she is genuine. That she truly is pro-life!

////quote//// “She carries that baby around on her hip...,” MIL said and ended without finding any other words ////end quote////

-— Hillary doesn’t carry a baby around on her hip; doesn’t look like she _would_ - and looks unwomanly - like she doesn’t have a heart. She (Hillary) looks cold, unfeeling, - “I could have stayed home and baked cookies!” . . .

I think some people interpret that to mean that Hillary is smarter or more capable. I don’t.
